Milestone in product development
After a product development and test phase lasting almost two years, all mobile central heating systems at Hotmobil from year of construction 2021 onwards are equipped with the new, digital remote control tool Hotcontrol. All components installed in the system, such as the boiler, pump and tank - regardless of the manufacturer - can be controlled via this. This can be done directly via the touchpad installed on the control cabinet or even more simply and conveniently via the Internet from any location. The operating system and terminal device used for this - computer, tablet or cell phone - is irrelevant. 
The programming of the control system was developed by the specialists at Hotmobil. "It was a particular challenge to adapt the software so that all components can be digitally controlled via the Hotcontrol tool. We are all the more pleased that we can offer our customers simple and intuitive operation of the system with this new solution," says Stefan Marquardt, the project manager responsible at Hotmobil, commenting on the new product.
 

Maximum operational safety
The new digital remote control guarantees safe operation of the mobile central heating units during the entire rental period. All system parameters can be monitored and controlled: from setting the boiler temperature, switching the pump on and off, monitoring the heating circuits to monitoring the level of the integrated tank. The filling level of an external tank, which may be additionally connected to the heating centers, can also be monitored via this - regardless of the fuel used: fuel oil, gas, pellets or liquid gas.
 

Program module for screed drying integrated
In the new model series of mobile heating trailers, the screed drying programs are integrated as standard and can also be conveniently set and operated via the control tool. In particular, the individual definition of the temperature curve is easy to handle and clearly displayed.
